Scriptural Readings for Weddings

 

The links will take you to the scripture readings. Use only the verses designated. Each reading should be

introduced by the reader with the phrase: "A reading from the book of Genesis.(or whichever),"

or "A reading from the Letter of St.Paul to the Corinthians (or whichever)."

Each reading concludes with: "The Word of the Lord."

 

                                    Old Testament Readings

Genesis 1:26-28, 31a

Male and female God created them.

Genesis 2:18-24

They will be two in one flesh.
