Meeting took place on January 19th, 2010

Principal's Report:
· SVF had a Lockdown Drill and Security Assessment on January 15 .
· Catholic Schools Week (CSW) is January 31 to February 5.
· The CSW Liturgy will begin January 31, at 9:00 Mass, followed by an Education Expo in the school.
· All week students will participate in various activities to commemorate CSW.

Institutional Advancement Report:
· A brochure about SVF School is being designed.
· Parent surveys will be sent out with students' report cards.
· A second survey from the Archdiocese will be done next year.
· An ad publicizing the school will appear in the Pioneer Press Newspapers this week.

Enrollment:
· Gia summarized the Enrollment Committee meeting.
· The Board viewed a short SVF video compiled by Sid and Rose Santos.
· Carolyn Johnson gave a presentation re: SVF enrollment figures from Kindergarten to Eighth Grade over the last decade.

The next meeting will be February 25, 2010
